Our mission is to provide high-quality supervised visits that foster healthy, positive relationships between children and their parents, ensuring every interaction takes place with dignity, care, and respect.

Our services

At The Good Shepherd, we provide professional child contact services designed to support families through challenging transitions. Our team offers a safe, child-focused environment where children can maintain meaningful connections with their parents. Our services include:


  • Supervised Visits: Safe and supportive visits between children and parents under the guidance of trained staff.


  • Supported Changeovers: Helping children transition between homes smoothly and without stress.


  • Observation and Reporting: Documenting visits and interactions for families and, if required, for use in family law proceedings.


  • Family Support: Guidance and resources for parents to help foster positive relationships with their children.


  • Transport: Our transport service is a great way for children to move from house to house in a stress-free, drama-free environment. Children are driven by our staff in age-appropriate child seats.
